제1조 (수집하는 개인정보 항목)

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 개인정보를 수집합니다.

제3조 (보유 및 이용 기간)

제4조 (파기 절차 및 방법)

회원 탈퇴 시 7일 쿨링 오프 기간 후 파기합니다.
법적 보존 의무가 있는 항목은 별도 분리 보관 후 기간 만료 시 파기합니다.
전자 파일: 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제합니다.

제5조 (제3자 제공)

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

마이페이지에서 직접 열람/정정이 가능하며, 탈퇴는 마이페이지 설정에서 진행할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (자동 수집 장치)

서비스는 세션 쿠키를 사용하여 로그인 상태를 유지합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 일부 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제9조 (미성년자 보호)

만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하는 경우, 법정대리인의 동의를 받습니다. 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요구할 수 있습니다.

제13조 (방침 변경)

본 방침이 변경되는 경우, 시행 7일 전에 공지사항을 통해 안내합니다.

Dieu 1. Thong tin ca nhan thu thap

Dieu 4. Quy trinh huy du lieu

Sau khi rut lui thanh vien, du lieu se bi xoa sau 7 ngay (thoi gian suy nghi).
Cac muc co nghia vu luu tru phap ly se duoc luu rieng va huy khi het thoi han.
Tep dien tu: Xoa bang phuong phap khong the khoi phuc.

Dieu 5. Cung cap cho ben thu ba

Chung toi khong cung cap thong tin ca nhan cho ben thu ba, ngoai tru truong hop nguoi dung dong y truoc hoac theo yeu cau cua phap luat.

Dieu 8. Thiet bi tu dong thu thap

Dich vu su dung cookie phien de duy tri trang thai dang nhap. Ban co the tu choi luu cookie trong cai dat trinh duyet, nhung mot so dich vu co the bi han che.

Dieu 9. Bao ve tre vi thanh nien

Khi thu thap thong tin ca nhan cua tre duoi 14 tuoi, chung toi se xin su dong y cua nguoi dai dien hop phap.

Dieu 13. Thay doi chinh sach

Khi chinh sach nay thay doi, chung toi se thong bao truoc 7 ngay qua muc thong bao.

Article 4. Destruction Procedures

Upon account deletion, data will be destroyed after a 7-day cooling-off period.
Items with legal retention obligations will be stored separately and destroyed upon expiration.
Electronic files: Deleted using irreversible methods.

We do not provide personal information to third parties, except when the user has given prior consent or when required by law.

When collecting personal information from children under 14, we obtain consent from their legal guardian.
